Rosart Properties is a Canadian real estate development company specializing in the development and management of retail shopping centres and residential subdivisions. In business for 50 years this second generation, family run business is based in Oakville, Ontario. The shopping centre portfolio includes the development and construction of over 2,000,000 square feet of retail space which is leased to many of the countries best retailers. All aspects of the retail developments from land acquisition to financing, construction and ongoing property management are handled in house by their experienced team.
