ROMOR Atlantic Limited is manufacturers' sales representative anddistributor for oceanographic, geophysical, defence and offshore oil & gas equipment, instrumentation and supplies. We are Canada's leading provider of complete intergration of equipment and services to the marine industry. We offer sales, ocean instrumentation and technology consulting, training, maintenance logistics for our products and service to the Canadian marketplace. Our vendors are industry leaders from the United States, Europe and Canada.

Our major clients include Bedford Institute of Oceanography,
Geological Survey of Canada, Department of National Defence of
Canada, Vemco Limited, Satlantic Inc., Canadian Border Services and major survey and geophysical companies.

COMPANY HISTORY

The company began in 1984 as the east coast office of Romor
Equipment, an Ontario-based manufacturers' sales representative.
In 1992 Mr. Darrin Verge purchased the business and the copany was incorporated as ROMOR Atlantic Limited in 1994. In 2007 the company expanded into a 4800 square foot facility and has plans to increase its staff to provide added value for our existing and future clients.

COMPANY MANAGEMENT

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Mr. Verge graduated from
Toronto's DeVry Institute of Technology in 1983 with a diploma in
Electronic Technology. Under Mr. Verge's ownership, annual revenue from company sales has steadily increased from 1992.
