Diane R. Garrett, President and CEO of the Company, has more than 17 years of senior management experience and financial expertise in the field of natural resources having held office in numerous public mining companies, including Vice President, Corporate Development of Dayton Mining Corporation, and Vice President Corporate Development of Beartooth Platinum Corporation. Prior thereto she was Senior Mining Analyst and Portfolio Manager with US Global Investors. Dr. Garrett is also a director of TriStar Gold. Inc., a gold exploration company focused on high-potential properties in Brazil.

Romarco Minerals Inc. is a gold development company focused on production primarily in the US. The Company has completed a positive Feasibility study and is continuing permitting for its flagship project, the Haile Gold Mine in South Carolina .

R.J. (Don) MacDonald – (M.A. Engineering, C.A.) is Chief Financial Officer of KGHM International Ltd., the international subsidiary of Polish-based KGHM SA, one of the largest copper producers and the largest silver producer in the world. KGHMI has five operating mines in North and South America and several large development projects, including the $4B Sierra Gorda project in Chile.

Robert van Doorn until June 2009, was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mundoro Capital Inc. and was Executive Vice President - Business Development for Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd. until 2004. Prior thereto, Mr. van Doorn was a mining consultant and was a mining specialist at Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon from 1993-1995 and from 1997 to 2002. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. van Doorn was the global gold analyst at Morgan Stanley & Company in New York.
