Rogue Data Corporation and Yanshan University Software Information System Co., Ltd.(YUSIS) sign a Memorandum of Understand (MOU) to work together on shared technology research in Qinhuangdao City. This agreement is a technology transfer agreement that allows the two companies to represent their respective technologie in both Canada and China. YUSIS was founded in 2003 and is located in Yanshan University Scientific Park(the first national university scientific park in Hebei province).
