Vice President & CFO Mr. Lodge has over 20 years of experience in finance, sales and project management. Prior to joining RMP in 2007, Mr. Lodge spent two years as the CFO of a private wind power development company focused on the western Canadian market. Previously, Mr. Lodge managed the energy project financing division for a national financial services company providing senior debt financing solutions to the Canadian renewable energy sector. Mr. Lodge holds a Masters in Business Administration from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

The Prairie Winds Project (PWP) is focused on leveraging RMP's renewable energy delivery models and the tremendous renewable energy resources in western Canada. PWP is designed to integrate the wind power from multiple wind farms with additional renewable energy sources to provide a firm renewable energy supply. An RMP subsidiary called Prairie WindFields Corporation has identified several prospective utility scale wind farm locations in southern Saskatchewan. The company is currently working with the local communities to explore the benefits of harvesting the wind resource.

March 2011 - Rocky Mountain Power and LECTRIX, LLC have established a project development company called SATL Inc. for the purpose of developing the Saskatchewan-Alberta Tie Line (SATL) project. SATL Phase I will consist of a 150MW back-to-back HVDC converter station and a short transmission line near the City of Lloydminster. Lloydminster straddles the Alberta/Saskatchewan provincial border and has strong access to the power transmission grids in both provinces. The planned in-service date for Phase I is late 2015. Total project costs for this phase are expected to be between $100-120 million.

Mr. Wilson is Past President and CEO (July 2004 to March 2007) of Montana Alberta Tie Ltd., and Past President and CEO (January 1996 to November 2002) of Power Pool of Alberta. A professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the power industry, Mr. Wilson received his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan. Upon graduation, he joined SaskPower where he assumed management roles for long-range systems planning for generation and transmission. Prior to his appointment to the Power Pool, Mr.
