At Rocky Mountain Diesel we will always let you know how long we will need the vehicle for. We order the parts ahead of time so the technician can start the repairs on the day that you drop off the vehicle. Sometimes there may be more damage on a vehicle than the estimator could see; this is called ‘hidden damage.’ For example, if a panel is damaged, there may be extra damage behind it that could take the technician longer to repair then was originally estimated. Or, a part may have to be ordered and could possible take a few days to come in.
