Mr. McNeill is currently the Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of IMRIS, a global leader in providing fully integrated, advanced surgical imaging solutions. Prior to joining IMRIS, Kelly was part of Resverlogix's Senior Management Team, where he made significant contributions as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Resverlogix, Kelly was General Manager at Haworth Ltd., a global office interiors manufacturer located in Calgary, Alberta.

Prior to that position he had Marketing, Sales and Business Development responsibilities at Boehringer Mannheim Biochemicals, among others, for collaborations in the field of Biopharmaceuticals. Dr. Johann has additional industry experience in Business Development and Marketing of pharmaceutical products with Kaneka in Japan and with Röhm in Germany in industrial enzymes. Dr. Johann obtained his Ph.D. from the Technical University Munich.
