Description

Chuck has specialized in health facility planning, programming and operational reviews for over 25 years. As a Senior Principal, Chuck has advised large teaching and tertiary care hospitals as well as smaller facilities all across Canada. He has helped many clients organize for development and resolve their needs in today’s restricted spatial, financial, and operational circumstances.

RPG was established in 1976 in Vancouver with a focus on pre-design facilities planning in the health care sector. Since that time, our practice has grown and diversified to include sector leaders in facilities planning for Health Care, Universities & Colleges, Libraries & Archives, Research Laboratories, Community & Recreation, and Public Safety. We have offices in Vancouver and Toronto. RPG Principals include Lin Kepron , Mark Mehrer , Michael Morris , Sharon Ritmiller , Chuck Wertheimer and Steve Yeomans .

Mark focuses on the planning of library, higher education, corrections, and community facilities. As a Senior Principal, his project work has included master planning studies, business cases, utilization studies and detailed functional programming for clients across Canada and in the US states of Utah, Washington, Pennsylvania and New York.
