Stephanie is an experienced researcher, evaluator and writer who has worked with a vast array of clients in the public, academic and private sectors to develop and implement evaluation strategies. Stephanie works in the areas of primary health care, public and population health, and secondary and tertiary care. She is recognized as a leader in evaluation, using innovative and participatory approaches to assist clients to develop and implement practical evaluation frameworks.

Clare is experienced in research and evaluation, strategic and action planning, project management, program and policy development, and facilitation and training. Clare has excellent research skills and has a good understanding of how to find and use a wide range of diverse data when carrying out research. She has worked with both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, ranging from literature reviews, to one-on-one interviews, to large economic data sets.

Claudine is an experienced project manager, researcher, trainer and facilitator. Claudine has developed and implemented processes to facilitate cultural and operational system level change in the health care and private sector arena.

Research Power Incorporated (RPI) is a Nova Scotia based company founded in 2001 by Stephanie Heath and Claudine Szpilfogel.
