On March 31, 2008, Rayton Packaging Inc. was acquired by Western Concord Manufacturing, and later that year its capabilities were incorporated into Western Concord's facilities in Edmonton, Alberta and New Westminster, British Columbia. Western Concord continues to actively support all of Rayton's customers through its sales and customer service representatives in its facilities and its Calgary sales office.
