Our facilty, the largest of its kind, is located in Victoria's Inner Harbour. Serving a broad range of industry for over 77 years, our location offers convenience and efficiency for the shipment of large fabricated projects along the entire coast.

WHAT WE DO Our contracting division provides a variety of site development services, from major demolition or deconstruction to interior strip outs. Our HAZARDOUS MATERIALS CREW can safely deal with asbestos, mould, lead paint, PCBs, medical waste or similar issues. When the rebuilding starts, we provide excavation, backfill and site services as well as portable rock and concrete crushing.

SITE DEVELOPMENT With a proven record of service since 1978, RALMAX has provided complete site development work for many of the landmark projects in the area. We continue to provide project management for excavation, rock removal, shoring and backfill for building and utility projects.

DEMOLITION / STRIP OUT RALMAX specializes in the demolition of commercial & residential buildings, concrete, brick, wood or steel, efficiently and safely. RALMAX ensures that the site is ready for grading and new construction to begin. We also provide interior strip out for both commercial and residential clients with flexible working hours to meet your needs.
