A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of high tech leadership, Hamnett Hill is driven by a vision of simplifying access to technology for everyday consumers. As co-founder of Radialpoint, and Chairman of the Company’s board of directors, Hamnett has always been focused on helping companies, such as carriers, ISVs and OEMs, to address consumer technology frustrations by providing technologies and services that make supporting all of a consumer’s mobile and personal technologies efficient and affordable.

Frank brings 14 years of experience in leading product development, product management and marketing. Frank joined Radialpoint in 2006 and currently heads all Product Management and Marketing functions. While at Radialpoint Frank has led several product initiatives including Radialpoint’s core PTS platform, and various market offerings around Premium Technical Support, Security, and Online Backup. Frank brings significant experience in Platform product management and Software as a Service. Prior to joining Radialpoint, Frank was a Director of Product Management at Data Valet where he launched successful SaaS offerings to market focused on smart network management solutions, and service delivery platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

Device-level software provides proactive solutions and personalized self-help to your customers, plus immediate access to a live support agent who can remotely connect to their devices and address issues directly, to free up the customer’s time. Multi-Device Software Agents also provide insight into device status, relaying data back to the PTS CX platform and Business Intelligence so you can gain a deeper understanding of the Customer Experience from your customer’s point of view. Support agents also get more actionable alerts, resulting in more efficient support that feels tailored to each customer.

Hammie Hill co-founded Radialpoint and brings more than 30 years of industry experience in finance, most notably as CFO of a publicly listed national retailer where he was instrumental in growing his company’s revenue from $20 million to over $350 million. His strengths are focused in the areas of corporate strategy development and fiscal management.
