We are not owned by any of the storage equipment manufacturers but our relationships with them are important when it comes to executing a project on time, on budget with outstanding installation quality.

Ian Monteith has worked in the Storage system industry for 30 years. He has supervisory experience overseeing the installation of complex systems. His responsibility besides being familiar with blue prints and local regulations was to manage up to 30 installers. In 2007 Ian became a sales representative for one of the largest suppliers of industrial storage systems in Canada. While in this position Ian gained experience working with customers, designers and engineers. Presently Ian is working as an Inspector for Rack Net-Works.

The past 13 years have allowed Al to specialize in the design and analysis of sophisticated storage systems and equipment. Al specializes in the design of cantilever racks. He has attained a great deal of experience in this area while working with Canada's principal manufacturer of cantilever racks. Al brings enthusiasm to his projects and the ability to use all of the latest engineering and structural analysis tools such as CFS, RISA, and AutoCAD.

Vahid graduated from the Joseph Fourier University in France with a degree in mechanical engineering. He continues his studies in civil engineering to acquire his PhD at Laval University. Vahid has more than 15 years of international experience in civil and mechanical engineering. He is a specialist in seismic and dynamical engineering.

Motasem has over 15 years experience in mechanical engineering including 10 years experience in the field of storage rack systems; Motasem joined Rack Net-Works in 2007.
