R&W METAL FABRICATING AND DESIGN Incorporated located in Brantford Ontario, has been supplying the Glass and Automotive Manufacturing Industries with steel material handling shipping racks, containers, dollies, and advanced fabricated metal products since 1988. -Approved at OEM's and many of their Tier suppliers. Our client base extends from Canada throughout the United States and Mexico. -Newly renovated 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2000 registered for quality management and our welders hold Canadian Welding Bureau Standard Certification CWB47-1. W59 (equivalent to AWS in USA). -On site capabilities include cutting, shearing, punching, forming, robotic welding, manual welding with over 20 individual welding bays in addition to a new HP260 Plasma Cutter capable of cutting up to 2" plate. Buffing and metal finishing stations. -A painting facility including conveyor driven phosphate spray wash, drying booth, water based paint and dual line wet paint system for quick color changes.
