Unless you have made other arrangements with us, we normally charge for your complete order when you place it, including back orders. Any in-stock products from your order will be shipped right away. We will monitor multiple suppliers and may switch suppliers so that we can deliver your products to you as soon as they become available. Normally, back orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days. We will notify you if there are extraordinary delays to your shipment as a result of supplier or manufacturer issues.
