WHO ARE WE? Founded in 1986 as a distributor of industrial plastic and aluminum cases used for the shipment of tools and other equipment in the oil patch, QUALICASE has since expanded its business to include injection molding which now dominates our business. OUR QUALITY PHILOSOPHY From its inception, QUALICASE has proven its commitment to quality. Even our name has been carefully chosen to reflect quality in all that we do. Quality is foremost in the delivery of our products and services.

PELICAN PROTECTOR CASES Pelican is North America's largest producer of protective carrying cases. QUALICASE is a full service dealer with competitive pricing. QUALICASE started selling Pelican cases when their entire line consisted of just five sizes. Today there more than 46 different sizes in the Pelican line. These cases are constructed of Copolymer Polypropylene Structure resin. They are watertight, airtight and dust-proof. The largest cases come with wheels and pull out handles.

INJECTION MOLDING MATERIALS We specialize in engineered materials: Nylon 6/6, ABS, Polycarbonate, Acetal, Glass filled PBT, PC and Nylon, TPE, Tefzel, PEEK as well as Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene P(E). EQUIPMENT We have seven computer-controlled injection molding machines, all closed loop, world-class speed, precision machines with unmatched part quality and repeatability. Full SPC reporting. Our machines range from 30 tons to 300 tons of clamping force. We can mold parts from less than one gram to up to 700 grams of material.

ALUMINUM CASES All QUALICASE aluminum cases are built custom for you, our customer. The advantage of a custom aluminum case is that we can build it to fit your requirements exactly! SIZES: Since there are no standard sizes, you don't have to fit your components into a fixed-sized case. We've built small briefcase-sized cases, cases up to 3 feet x 3 feet x 15 feet long and everything in between. EXTERIOR: The standard exterior finish is stucco aluminum BUT If you would like a bit of color, we can use colored ABS sheeting on the exterior.
