Qualica’s User Experience Monitoring (UEM) solution allows you to evaluate your customers’ online interaction experiences. UEM’s application performance monitoring helps you understand how they experience your services and applications over the Internet. Our UEM solution collects stats on your network performance, load testing, site availability etc, from outside your system. This mimics your customer’s involvement, gauging your web and application performance from there.
