From a simple component or a complex new machine, Qsine strives to provide innovative, high performance solutions and products with exceptional fit and finish.

Having our own machine shop lets us not only produce parts for our products but it lets us build tooling and fixtures for them as well. The machines are still used for prototyping and building parts for experimental testing apparti when we are developing new products.

We maintain our customer service through a simple philosophy: build talent, then use it, as opposed to scrambling for staff after booking orders. The key is limiting and dedicating ourselves to a select number of customers. We allocate design and shop time for our existing customers before we look for new ones. This helps us meet or exceed our clients expectations for attention and turn around on projects.

Qsine offers cast product and tooling design services for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials using sand pattern processes. We do not offer foundry services but we can help you find a foundry to meet your needs. We also have limited experience designing plastic moulds for both gravity and pressure injected parts.

We are best at providing design services for clients who want high end, custom product development that requires machining, fabrication, hydraulics and electronic controls. We especially excel when it comes to integrating any or all of these disciplines.
