Alfred is a founder of QCC and has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Alfred is a Director and a founder of Niven Fischer Energy Management Inc. He served for over 20 years with Gulf Canada holding senior management positions in exploration, exploitation and mergers and acquisitions. He also headed Gulf Canada's international and frontier divisions. In recent years, he has been responsible for founding and developing several junior oil companies and has served as a director on numerous company boards and associations.
