Promopays believes in quick resolutions. Our mission is to provide our clients with a risk free environment to purchase products. If you have a problem, you must contact our customer service department within 5 business days of receipt of goods. We will work with you to resolve the problem. Please note that Promopays will not accept any return of goods unless the customer has been issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

We guarantee that your order will be kept in strict confidentiality. Any and all agents representing privileged information. (Meaning corporations, actors, sport athletes, or any famous persons, information will be protected under the Information Act, and will not be displayed or advertised, unless we have the written consent from the agent or persons involved). All our products are inspected before delivery to guarantee that your products are free from defects. If product is damaged via shipping, please notify Promopays in writing via email within 15 days of receipt.

PromoPays does in-house print production. All custom mugs and custom tote bags are printed right in our warehouse. PromoPays is not a broker or middleman. This means our customers will have the best price for their custom photo mugs and custom printed tote bags, and a faster turn-around time for print production.
