That's because PermaSeal ® couplers utilize a unique internal expansion method to create a uniform 360 degrees fixed seal that eliminates the possibility of product wicking between the coupler and hose. The net result after fabrication is a full flow smooth bore connection without ledges or crevices that can accumulate bacteria or restrict flow! PermaSeal ® couplers are available in sizes 1/2" through 4" in a wide range of end styles. Stems are manufactured from grade 316L stainless steel. Hose sleeves are available in stainless steel or high impact polymer.
