Advantage Cellular systems d/b/a DTC Wireless was founded in 1991 as a wholly owned subsidiary of its parent company DeKalb Telephone Cooperative, renamed in 1996 to DTC Communications. The headquarters of both companies are located in Alexandria, Tennessee. DTC Wireless has locations throughout the Eastern Middle Tennessee and is the only locally owned nationwide wireless provider in their area. DTC Wireless provides services on both CDMA and GSM networks.

Bug Tussel Wireless, LLC was incorporated in October 2003 and operates out of Green Bay, WI. Bug Tussel constructs and operates rural GSM networks on a "roam only" basis to enhance the coverage of larger national carriers such as AT&T Mobility ®, T-Mobile ®, CellularOne ® for their local customers, as well as to provide out of the region roaming services for regional carriers. Bug Tussel provides high quality voice service using the GSM protocol and targets a dropped call rate of less than two percent.

Cross Telephone Company was founded in 1911 and incorporated in 1953. Located in Warner, OK, this company has been family owned from the start, and has specialized in the provisioning of local telephone service to eleven exchanges including the Lake Eufaula and Lake Tenkiller areas. Today, Cross Telephone provides a wide variety of telecommunication services to over 10,000 subscribers in several Oklahoma counties.

Bermuda Digital Communications Ltd. (BDC) is the leading wireless telecommunications operator on the island of Bermuda and offers enhanced third-generation (3G) mobile data network based on CDMA2000 1xEV-DO technology. BDC's wireless services are offered under the Cellular One brand name, and consist of wireless telecommunications access between any two points on the Island, and internationally through links with long distance carriers. The Company's strategy is to offer competitive pricing, and to compete primarily on the basis of superior customer service and state-of-the-art technology.
