With over 30 years of technical experience in software design and web development, we embarked on a 3 year journey to develop a unique, powerful and easy-to-use strata management software solution for addressing the specific needs of this fast growing industry.

With over twenty years of experience in the real estate field, Ernie is a reserve fund study specialist and the founding principal of Delta Appraisal Corporation. His real estate experience includes mortgage financing, residential and ICI real estate appraisal, and property management (condominium, residential, multi-family, office, retail and industrial).

We now look forward to working with CCI and doing our part to help create a stronger and successful strata community. Our mission at Power Strata Systems is to provide peace of mind to everybody involved in B.C.’s strata management industry. Through our expertise, we’re giving back to our community while doing what we can to significantly improve the quality of strata living.

The seminar will be presented by Gerry Fanaken who has considerable experience as a court-appointed administrator. Geoffrey Dabbs of Gehlen Dabbs and Jamie Bleay of The Access Law Group will join Mr. Fanaken to add important commentary from the legal perspective. Both Mr. Bleay and Mr. Dabbs also have extensive experience in representing administrators as their legal counsels.
