Kris Volk is the Executive Assistant to Pat Di Capo. Kris has been with PowerOne Capital Markets Limited since its inception and is instrumental in administering various facets of PowerOne’s daily operations. Prior to joining PowerOne, Kris was a long standing employee of Canada Trust, later joining the Canada Life Assurance Company. Mrs. Volk also has extensive experience in advertising and marketing.

The gross proceeds from the sale of the FT Units will be used to incur "Canadian exploration expenses" (as such term is defined in the Tax Act), which also qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures" (as defined in the Tax Act provided the amendments to the term as contained in the February 11, 2014 federal budget become law), on the continued exploration of the Company's Indin Lake Gold property located in the Northwest Territories. The net proceeds from the sale of the Units will be used for general working capital purposes.
