Since then, it has grown and adapted with time to offer comprehensive services in building code, Certified Professional and fire protection engineering consulting. Donald Mills has over 45 years engineering experience in large building projects. He has worked with Ken Chow on over 30 major projects.

John Chow has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years and has superintended projects that cost up to several million dollars. He provides shop drawing review and field services for certified professional projects.
