Like all our partner producers, Riverbend Farms ascribes to our All Natural Protocol. We have worked together for over 10 years now, building the market for All Natural turkeys. Pepper, the turkey boss, is a knowledgeable and skilled farmer, and takes great care in raising birds specifically for Pine View Farms.
All our lamb is sourced from Len Tieszen near Hepburn, SK who is part of our Partner Producer network. Our partner producers are independent family farms who raise livestock for us according to our All Natural protocol. The lambs are given ample space in pastures with hay and grain as their main diet.
We are passionate about the sustainability of family farms and the impact of our agricultural practices on people and the environment. We provide an alternative choice to connect your family with the families who grow your food and give you peace of mind about the food you buy.
Although the farm has changed over the years, we continue the family tradition of producing safe, high quality, abundant food for ourselves and our customers. We believe in treating the land as a renewable resource, caring for animals humanely, not feeding unnecessary drugs and never growth hormones.
Our turkeys are started by one of our partner producers, Riverbend Farms at Waldheim, Saskatchewan. Pepper raises flock specially for the Pine View Farms.
