Mr. Vico Paloschi is a senior environmental consultant specializing in due diligence and environmental risk management. He has 20 years of experience involving a wide spectrum of projects for financial, legal and corporate clients across Canada, the United States, Europe and the Caribbean.

Once a compliance management system has been established, it is important to periodically review its performance through auditing. This requires a review of the requirements of the ECA and then checking to ensure that these requirements are being met. This can be done internally by company staff or externally through a third party, such as a consultant. Gaps identified as a result of the audit must then be addressed appropriately.

Mr. Paloschi has extensive experience in transactional due diligence activities associated with large and small portfolios and has been the project director and/or principal investigator on due diligence reviews of numerous commercial, residential, industrial and manufacturing company transactions.
