Manish is a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur and graduated in 1997. During his stint at IIT Manish handled various projects ranging from studies on pre-stressed RCC concrete beams to determining sub surface resources using infra red mapping technologies. He has a work experience of 11 years most of which were spent in Indian Oil Corporation ( a Fortune 500 company) in various engineering positions. Manish is also a reservist in the Indian Territorial Army since 2000 and currently holds the rank of Captain.

We have varied experience with working with web services in Java and .NET and have researched the interoperability issues extensively. This comes in very useful when looking at achieving loosely coupled and powerful integration between java and .NET applications. We have typically used JMS for asynchronous message driven integrations.

Phistream, an ISO 9001: 2008 organisation, has inspectors which are proficient in more than 5000 codes in manufacturing and infrastructure development. The auditors have experience in multi discipline inspections and serve as a single point of contact for the client for their technical needs.
