Philanthropic Management Consultants, Inc

Leadership is the key to any successful program. A Leadership Vehicle needs to be established to marshal the resources necessary to support the Mission and Vision of your organization. Building Volunteer Leadership For more than two decades, we have helped organizations build productive, long lasting partnerships between those who support the institutions and those who guide it. Our expertise is in building a team of donors that will lead your cause for support with enthusiasm, cultivate support with others and motivate action on your behalf. We develop the criteria, solicit support and coach the team along the way. With the assistance of your Leadership team your campaign targets can be met and long lasting relationships fostered that will be the foundation for future philanthropic efforts. Executive Search Assistance Our goal is to offer your organization the best qualified and credentialed candidates for your Advancement staff. We will work with you to define your requirements, and the parameters of the open position, carefully considering the culture and goals of your organization. Once a position profile has been created, we will find sources, prospects and potential candidates, and begin an initial screening process. After reference checks, we will assist in arranging individual meetings, and provide input into your final selection. Secretariat The offices of PMC Incorporated can act as "the secretariat" for your organization and manage all of your day to day business activities in a professional office environment.
