Grace Riza Ti Kieng was born and raised in Bacolod City, Philippines. She is very passionate about makeup, hairstyles, beauty, fashion and photography. She discovered her talent in doing makeup and different hairstyles through her experiences when she once joined a beauty pageant. Ten years later, she decided to pursue her dream, makeup and hairstyling. She took her love for makeup to the next level and became a certified Makeup Artist from Canada’s Top Private Makeup School. This was the beginning of a dream coming to life. Grace has steadily built an amazing client base from providing hair and makeup services in a wide array of events; weddings, beauty pageants, fashion shows and photo shoots. She is also part of an award-winning cosmetic line business for Motives by Loren Ridinger as a Consultant. In line with pursuing her ambition, she attended an advanced training hosted by Tiffiny Luong, a Master of Celebrity Makeup Artist and is now a certified Motives custom blend "compound makeup" specialist. This allows her to custom blend foundation, blush and lipstick to truly match her clients’ skin tone.

Paramita Academy of Makeup Inc. is dedicated to introducing the world of makeup artistry to students internationally.
