Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping Confirmation email. Orders shipped by courier can be tracked via the delivery provider's website ( www.ups.ca or www.purolator.ca ). Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information. To track a common carrier shipment, please call our Customer Support team at 905-513-8618 Monday - Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST and Sunday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm EST. We'll be happy to help you with your order.

At other times, for instance where one of Paradise’s partners is providing a product or service to users of the Site or to those users who are registered to particular parts of the Site, personal and/or account information may be shared with or provided directly to that partner. Where personal information is provided directly by a Site user to another organization at another Site, even if that Site is linked to the Site, Paradise shall not be responsible for its collection or use, and the visitor is encouraged to determine the other organization’s own privacy policy.
