Paradigm Esteem founded in 1999 by Amanda Welliver is a self-
esteem/motivaton modeling program for youth and adults. Paradigm Esteem teaches individuals how to look within and learn to like and even love themselves for who they are TODAY. Topics include: The Art of Appreciation, The Power of Positive Thinking, How to say NO and feel good about it, Effective Communication, 'i' messages, photo movement ~ loving the body your 'In', and ramp~ runway. Individuals gain stronger self-esteem and confidence allowing them to be assure and proud of who they are.
Winner of the 2006 YWCA Entrepreneur of the Year; Amanda Welliver also named a 'Woman making a difference' by Edmonton Woman Magazine. Featured in many media news articles in print, radio and television - the geek that grew up.
