We have been providing advisory services to the hospitality and tourism industry internationally for over 100 years and were officially formed in Canada in 1970.

Through PKF Trends and Research , PKF Consulting monitors the top line and bottom line performance of the Canadian Accommodation industry. Over 50% of the industry, participates in our databases, which have been in place for over 20 years. While we respect the confidentiality of individual property data, we have the ability to examine the top line, operating structure and bottom line performance of these individual properties, and bring that knowledge to our engagements.

Internationally PKF has been serving the needs of the hospitality and tourism industry for over 100 years and was officially formed in Canada in 1970. All three of the Canadian Directors have been with the firm since the late 1970’s and early 1980’s (a minimum of 25 years). These three associates have well over 100 years of combined hospitality and tourism industry operational, development and financing experience.
