Palladian Developments is a multifaceted construction company offering services in Commercial General Contracting, Heavy Civil Construction, Project Management, Construction Management, Residential/Multi-Family Construction and Home Renovations. We have been servicing Vancouver Island for over thirteen years and have offices in Nanaimo, Abbotsford and a presence in Vernon that allows us to provide services to our clients across a full range of geographic locations.

We enjoy developing long term working relationships with our clients and can tailor our services to meet their specific needs. Over the years we have developed working arrangements with many Consultants including Architectural and Engineering firms to provide a comprehensive team to undertake design build projects for our private sector clients. We also compete in the traditional General Contractor at risk tender environment on Municipal Civil, Commercial, Institutional and Multi-Family projects.

We belong to many local associations and value each membership, knowing that it keeps us involved and accountable for what we do in the community. The Vancouver Island University Carpentry program is a part of how we give back. We provide a house to each first year class so that they can get hands on experience framing it from start to finish. Every year at our company Christmas party we donate all proceeds from our raffle we hold to a local charity, these include; Canadian Cancer Society, Child Development Centre, Cops for Cancer, Haven House and Claytree Society.

Palladian Developments Inc. coordinated the design team efforts, including structural engineering and architectural design, as well as presentation to Design Panel for approval and Building Permit submission. This project delivery method was selected to streamline the design and permit process, to shorten the project approval schedule and to provide the opportunity for value engineering.

Palladian Developments Project Managers have years of experience with commercial, industrial civil and multi- family residential projects. Our Management team can guide the client through the Project Management Process, to develop plans, drawings, scopes of work, and obtain trade pricing for the proposed Project.
