PACLINE's first overhead conveyor - the PACLINE C-250 - was first installed in in 1979. The C-250 is still one of the most versatile and cost effective overhead conveyors on the market. With over 1 milion feet of of conveyor track installed in over 30 countries worldwide, the PACLINE C-250 has become a standard against which similar systems are compared.

Continuing product development ensures that PACLINE offers the most advanced designs in conveyor systems. Today PACLINE carries a number of overhead conveyor systems to suit wide range of manufacturing and warehouse applications.

PACLINE has recently expanded its conveyor product line to include a TOWLINE floor conveyor and a VERTICAL CAROUSEL conveyor.

PACLINE maintains a large inventory - systems are assembled and shipped directly from stock, from offices and warehousing in
Mississauga, Ontario and Buffalo, New York.

As part of PACLINE's continual support and expansion of international markets, regular trips are carried out to South

PACLINE track and chain conveying system consists of a universal link conveyor chain inside a round conveyor track. Flexibility enables conveying through tight radius curves on both the horizontal and vertical plane. Loads can be transported handing or can be inverted to convey load-carrying trays.

C-250 series chain is designed for loads to 50 lbs. per pendant which are standard on 6 inch centers. Coupling two pendants with a load bar allows 100 lb loads. Distributed loads to 30,000 lb. can be conveyed on a 600 ft. system with only one drive. Adding additional drives proportionally increases conveyor length.
Track sections are prefabricated with a joining flange at each end, simplifying installation. On site welding is unnecessary and easy rerouting changes can be made.
