Located at the entrance to Granville Island, Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is an accredited private institute dedicated to providing the highest quality of career training excellence.

Full-time programs in Baking & Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts are offered four times per year, every January, April, June and September. Students attend five days per week, seven hours per day for six months.

Ninety percent hands-on training, small classes, experience in our on-site restaurant and bakeshop and job placement assistance provides graduates with a smooth transition into the fine-dining industry.
