PLANiT Builders offers financing options to all of our customers and through several lenders we are able to approve 90% of our clients. We provide both secure and unsecure loans for basement and garage developments; also allowing for payments to be deferred up to six months with zero charge or penalty for early pay off. Our Lenders are bank financed and specialize in home improvement projects such as basement and garage developments.
