PC Helpline was incorporated in April 2001, and is located in British Columbia, Canada. Situated in the heart of Victoria, we operate from our 4000 sq ft technology center. This facility supports redundant power and internet feeds to our Network Operations Centre.

A member of company’s advisory panel since January 2003, Gareth Wood is a professional trainer, facilitator, organizational development consultant and keynote speaker. Gareth was intimately involved in facilitating ‘people working with people’ and leadership issues in the printing and destination resort industries for 15 years. He has 20 years experience in customer service, training, administration and management, as well as 16 years as an independent consultant and trainer.
