PROGRAM MANAGER Full-Time Contract December 2010 - April 2011 PCIL/CPVA has been providing innovative 24 hour supports to people with disabilities since 1974. We are very excited to announce that, in partnership with the Champlain LHIN, and the Champlain CCAC, we shall be expanding to support the independence of 55 frail seniors in their own homes. We are seeking a fluently bilingual self-starter to get the program up and running. General Description/ Job purpose The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, management and leadership of PCIL/CPVA's new 24 hour independent living supports to frail seniors. The Program Manager reports to the Executive Director and supervises all staff of the program.
