The Osorno Automation team provides a wide spectrum of automation services. Our specialists are highly trained, well experienced, and - innovative. We provide services like building control and automation, water and waste water treatment plant automation, custom built SCADA systems, and system integration. Within our building control and automation systems, security systems are usually integrated by our team. Our SCADA systems are unique as it allows to build highly secure, high performance and very flexible SCADA solutions.
Osorno offers turn-key solutions and acts as its own systems integrator. Through our own internal design processes and our relationships with engineers, contractors, and our representatives and distribution partners, we provide the technologies, products, and components needed for environmental control systems and to ensure the optimal performance of those systems. We also offer ongoing maintenance and operational support. We have partnered with several corporations to help bring quality products and services to the customer.
Osorno is a Manitoba corporation located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It began its operation on September 1, 2000, building on the success of its predecessors. However, Osorno's roots go back much further: It began initially as EURAM Innovative Technologies GmbH, a corporation founded in 1985 in Germany by Dr. H. Peter Hombach and Mr. Walter Frechen. EURAM quickly established itself with the same name in North America, incorporating in the State of North Dakota.

Osorno has significant experience in various disinfection technologies and has pioneered the use of chlorine dioxide water disinfection in Canada, when the waterworks of Holland, Rural Municipality of Victoria, Manitoba, in 2003 became the first public waterworks in Canada to use chlorine dioxide as its primary disinfectant, thus abandoning the use of chlorine.
