Orchestre M

The Orchestre Métropolitain, led by artistic director Yannick Nézet-Séguin, is a key cultural ambassador of Quebec that performs both at the Maison symphonique de Montréal and across Montreal’s boroughs through the Conseil des Arts de Montréal Touring Program. For 25 years, the orchestra has developed a modern, bold repertoire, collaborating with top international orchestras and conductors, and promoting Canadian composers. It tours internationally, including recent performances at Carnegie Hall and European stages, and engages with diverse communities across Montreal.
