Steven Kay started designing toys when he was 6 yrs old. With formal training in photography, sculpture and design, he founded The Orb Factory in 1991. The company’s first line was based around the Celestial Orb, a transforming hand-held widget made from wire. Steve knows that he has made it this far by focusing on the 2 most important things: a fun and rewarding play experience for kids, and the best customer service in the industry Our kits are easy to use, mess-free, and give amazing results every time.

The Orb Factory is one of the toy industry’s leading designers of craft activity kits for kids. Based in Halifax, our office is currently looking for an Inside Sales team member. In this position, you will be responsible for providing total customer service to our key customers and support for our major account sales team. We are looking to recruit a high-energy individual who is extremely well organized and enjoys fast paced environments. A successful candidate will be a team player willing to help in all areas of the business when needed!
