We know that the need for additional manpower to complete a specific project, or launch a new initiative is a growing need in today’s workplace. In response to this and the growing demand to provide ongoing In-Plant Ergonomic support, we have officially expanded our services and are now ready to join your team if you need some ergonomic support! Firstly, the consultants that will provide this support to you have experience providing in-plant support to other clients, and some have previously worked as company Ergonomists themselves.

Options Inc. developed an online Office Ergonomics Training Program, "Office Ergo On-line", to provide clients a cost effective and time efficient means of training their employees on office ergonomics. The program allows workers to make ergonomic changes to their workstations independently and to contact someone within the company for additional help when needed. A large insurance carrier was interested in providing their employees with access to the "Office Ergo On-Line" Version 1.2 program on a Nation wide basis.

Options Incorporated is a consulting company that provides comprehensive services in the areas of Ergonomics and Human Factors. Our knowledgeable consultants possess over 80 years of combined work and research experience. Trisha has experience providing ergonomic support within a variety of industries including production and assembly, utilities, food and beverage, laboratory, and office environments. Trisha is proficient at identifying ergonomic risk factors and conducting physical demands analysis, task analyses, risk assessments and office workstation assessments. She has experience working with teams to enhance their self-reliance with a participative approach to ergonomics.

Alicia has experience providing ergonomic support in industrial, office and health care environments. Her expertise involves completing physical demands analyses, injury investigations, and ergonomic assessments in office and automotive environments. Alicia has strategic analysis experience in analyzing occupational injury characteristics and trends and offers a strong background in practical problem solving.
