Our mission from the outset has been to apply practical answers to our customers' computer storage, memory and communications needs, and to provide them on an individual basis.Open Storage Solutions is a company that puts long-term customer service, quality and technical support above all else, and has the right people in place to deliver them. That's why fully half our 70 employees are directly involved in customer service and technical support.The need to store, retrieve, share and archive greater volumes of information has been growing at a remarkable pace since the advent of computing. Since 1979 we have actively participated in the development of data storage technology from storage systems to high performance servers and networking.
