WE SPECIALIZE IN CENTURY HOMES Over 80 percent of the homes that we renovate are 50 to 120 years old, some are even classified as historical by the city of London.

With either quartz or granite, you can choose a color that will match your kitchen cabinets or tiled floors, but your choice of colour in granite will be more limited than available colours in quartz. Limited lifetime guarantee or warranty in some format, whether time-limited or type of manufacturer defect-limited, are available from some granite and most every quartz countertop manufacturers. The quartz or granite countertop purchased by the original owner may be guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free of natural, mechanical and/or workmanship defects for a period of time from the day of the delivery and installation. Both quartz and granite countertops require a certified professional to install them.
