We warrant all our products against defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 5 years on workmanship, hardware, 10 years on glass Care and maintenance from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions: a) The product has been installed in accordance with the relevant building codes and practices. b) The product has been maintained in accordance with industry recommendations. See Care and Maintenance section below. c) The product has not been subject to misuse, physical abuse or neglect. d) Manufacturing standards and tolerances are not deemed defects. e) Minor warping or twisting up to 6 mm can occur and is expected as norm. Shrinkage and or expansion do occur from seasonal changes in temperature and moisture.
