OEM was created from an amalgamation on January 1, 2004, of two established companies with 86 years of combined experience in the industrial engine remanufacturing field. Headhunters Diesel Ltd. commenced operations in 1956 and developed a reputation for quality and service in the remanufacture and repair of engine components including heads, blocks, crankshafts, camshafts and connecting rods for natural gas and diesel engines.

OEM has a state-of-the-art facility that offers clients all the advantages of a lean manufacturing process. Engine and powertrain components flow through the facility in a straight line with little unnecessary handling, allowing employees to provide timely and efficient service.
