Daniel has worked in the following industries: Automotive; Wood and Furniture; Electronics; Metals; Military; and Non-Profit. He has adroitly led organizations from small to large in size. Daniel is known for his extensive understanding of how to correctly plan; design and implement organizational performance improvement programs using the concepts; tools and methodology from several continuous improvement philosophies, which include: Lean; the Toyota Production System; Six Sigma; and the Theory of Constraints. The results of Daniel’s leading continuous improvement programs have achieved an average annual cost savings of $4,000,000 or greater sustained for the long-term. Daniel has led over 500 kaizens in his career. Daniel has successfully worked, managed and led the following departments: Manufacturing; Safety; Quality; Engineering; HR; Logistics; Production Control; Training; Administrative; Purchasing and New Product Development and Launch.

Ed Anderson is CEO of LEAN Implementation Services of Florida, an international consulting firm since 2002. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. His extensive 42 years of experience in capital projects and construction, primarily on the owner’s side in chemical manufacturing gives him a unique perspective on how to facilitate meeting the needs of all project stakeholders. He uses the Socratic Method to coach and mentor LEAN THINKING tactics and strategies to meet the needs of specific project teams, whether they are constructing a physical asset (a hotel or a chemical plant) or implementing an IT tool to improve the life cycle business return of a physical asset (3D CAD, for instance).

Majdi is highly accomplished professional with over 15 years of multifaceted experience in Plant Management, Project management, and Management Consultancy, Well versed with efficiently handling all activities involving resource planning, In-process Inspection, Team Building, Client Interactions and coordination with internal Departments. Extended expertise in analyzing existing systems and procedures, preparing business continuity plans, designing internal control systems and facilitate effective decision-making. Demonstrated ability to manage human, financial and material resources towards achieving stated targets, to lead, motivate and provide effective guidance to a team of professional and support staff., Superior communications and interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people.

Biography & Areas of Expertise Michael Miller has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. He has held multiple engineering, sales and senior level management positions for public and privately owned companies. He has 9 plus years of product development and 12 years of product management experience. Mike has designed, developed products and managed projects in the manufacturing and construction fields for over 25 years.
