Beverley has also served on the boards of Tourism British Columbia, Leadership Vancouver, and the Big Sisters of Lower Mainland First Nations Mentoring Program Committe, and Routes to Learning Canada. Other past boards include the Vancouver Aquarium, BC Wine Institute, BC Energy Council, BC Public Interest Advocacy Centre, and the Native Economic Development Advisory Board. O’Neil was also co-founder of the Aboriginal Business Club ( a Vancouver based club founded to promote network development amongst Aboriginal people and agencies who do business in the Aboriginal community ).
