Greg Guzman leads the daily operations of the Logistics Value Stream at Nothers. His educational background in business administration, international trade and experience in logistics makes him the point person when our company buys, outsources or ships with suppliers inside and outside of Canada. He is dedicated to his team and enjoys the day-to-day challenge and always puts his best foot forward to exceed our expectations.

Nothers is a family business located in London Ontario serving businesses and individuals across Ontario since 1968 when Jim Nother Sr. founded the venture. Jim Nother Jr. is now the sole owner of the company and is looking to build on his father's solid foundation. Jim Jr. states "We consider our company a "service provider" instead of a product provider company. With the new Value Streams structure they have the standard work procedures to guarantee a "Memorable Experience" for the award winners and to provide the "Gift of time" to the event organizers".

Nothers is a ONE CONTACT reward, recognition and signage source. We have been serving clients with the best practices for over 30 years and have the ability to take a communicated concept and complete all stages: from graphic art, to customization, to individual personalization and presentation and finally to ship anywhere our clients request. Our customers range from Corporations, Professional Associations, Schools, and service clubs to Sports Associations.

Jim has been married to his wife Gloria for over 35 years they have four children and 5 grandchildren.

As the VP of Corporate Sales, Cathy is responsible for managing and growing the relationships with our customers in London, Toronto and SW Ontario. Her major role is ensuring that our clients receive the very best in service excellence, and that all of our projects surpass expectations for both service delivery.
